Hello, How long will the heats be for Angie tomorrow? I would like to do RX as I have in the past but if there is a short time cut off then I’m thinking maybe this WOD is better to do at open shop. Thanks!

Hi Molly, heats will be 20min but we have multiple clocks so it’s not a big deal if you go over the 20min mark. Just come in and get your wod on and we’ll take care of you!

what’s the best approach for retesting a benchmark?
    1. Do it same rep scheme as last time and hopefully beat your time?
    2. Add some reps and see if you can do it in the same time?
If you add a ton of reps it will obviously take longer even if you’ve improved, so how would that be a “retest?”
Maybe there are pros and cons to each approach? Blargh, I am probably overthinking this.
Regardless, looking forward to tackling Angie tomorrow!

Maggie, let’s chat when you get in tomorrow and we’ll figure out the best route. You’re right, there are a lot of different ways you could go about it, but it really comes down to your priorities. Do you want a true retest or do you want to push yourself harder? There is no wrong answer.
