Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
155-lb. squat cleans, 5 reps
5 burpees, jumping over the barbell

CrossFit Team Series

Last year CrossFit debuted the Team Series – which is an online competition in the fall where two men and two women form teams and complete a number of workouts over the course of one month. 

This year’s team series kicked off last week with many impressive groupings of top male and female athletes.

You can learn more about the team series here and find out how to follow the action. The next team series week starts October 6th!

Over the next few weeks we’ll be doing either individual versions of the workouts or setting them up in team format.
