Oftentimes before we do toes-to-bar we work through a variety of progressions to help athletes learn and refine their technique in the movement.

Nice video. I’ve thought about the need to bring my feet down quickly, to avoid a big swing, but I hadn’t thought about keeping my body in one line…very helpful.
