Monday – 12:00-1:00pm
Tuesday – 12:00-1:00pm
Wednesday – 12:00-1:00pm
Thursday – 12:00-1:00pm
Friday – 12:00-1:00pm

Unlimited: $185 per month (access to 5 Endurance Classes per week, includes Open Shop)
Up to 3 visits per week: $160 per month (access to 3 Endurance Classes per week, visits can be used for Open Shop)

Dave has a passion for applying CrossFit to training for sport. Professionally, he has used CrossFit to develop runners, cyclists, climbers, and skiers since 2014. Personally, he has used CrossFit to prepare for two ultra-marathons as well as numerous climbing expeditions since 2011. Learn more.
