The past two months I’ve kind of slipped off the wagon and have been eating gluten free breads and making gluten free waffles at home. It was a little out of control – it’s amazing how quickly the addiction can snowball. I got on the scale and saw that I’d gained 8 pounds! In one short week of not eating that junk, I’ve lost half of that weight. I was pretty astounded at the impact it had on my body.

Last year I began the food challenge working with Ali as my nutrition coach. It’s been 13 months of sugar free living.
I feel great and have a medical report to prove the health benefits. It may seem difficult but once you acquire the new habit it’s easy to maintain. Much easier than mastering the snatch!
