8 Rounds for max reps
:20 Push Press (#75/55)
:10 Rest,
:20 Jumping Lunges
:10 Rest

Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser Workout:

Complete three rounds of max reps in a minute per station for three total rounds.  One round = 5:00 minutes of 1:00 stations followed by one minute of rest.
The stations are:
Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Looks like all of the wallball technique work is paying off. Across the board Roots turned in some impressive wallballs yesterday.
