With a continuously running clock do one chest-to-bar pull-up the first minute, two chest-to-bar pull-ups the second minute, three chest-to-bar pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Fourth of July Workout and Breakfast Cookout
Kick off your 4th of July celebration with the Roots Crew! Get ready for a fun holiday workout. Class kicks off at 10am and will include a warmup just like usual. Please sign up in MBO so we know how many to expect. Join us after the workout for the annual shop breakfast!
We’ll provide the eggs, bacon, epic sized skillet and iced coffee. Teton Waters Ranch will provide the breakfast sausages and will be on site following the workout with their Meat Truck selling a variety of their 100% Grass Fed Beef products.
