    Wow – can’t wait to watch these live in person. I wish I were in on the action for some of these WODs – others, not so much :). Good luck Nicole taking these on. Everyone should try to get out for at least one of the three days (they are just in Auroa) to watch and cheer on a lot of elite athletes put through one hell of a Crossfit challenge.

     I think they’re great workout, I just wish I didn’t know what they were in advance!

        No, well they released them the day before.  Last year each region programmed its own WODs but this year HQ is programming them all, so they’re all the same.  Some regionals are this coming week!  

        The unknown unknowable component will be kept for Games.
