Lift Heavy Shit Night – All Your Questions Asked

When: Friday, January 7th from 5:00-6:15 PM

Where: ROOOOOOOOOOOOTS

Why: Because many of you never get to lift together.  And because a fun, excited, and focused environment is one of the greatest arenas for PRs and better lifts.  Add a little camaraderie and friendly competition and we’ve got a great stage for lifting some heavy shit.

What: We’ll start the night with a 1 rep max of one of the squats.  Which one?  We’re not telling.  We’ll finish off the night with some atlas stone lifting and perhaps a Ryan special.  Heavy lift will be done by 7:00 if you need to get on to bigger fish.

Who: athletes AND coaches.  NO SIGN-UP REQUIRED.  Just show up.

How: A well thought out playlist with lots of heavy metal, a projector with lots of heavy lifting being played, and perhaps a little beer social afterward…
