“CrossFit Roots will far exceed any expectation or hope you may have for a top-notch facility. I have been to many CrossFit facilities and knew I found “home” when I came to Roots. From an outstanding, committed, engaging staff to the amazing groups of people I work out with and now call family. This place cannot be beat. Everyone cares, I mean truly cares, about YOU. I am not the best or the fastest but that doesn’t matter to the coaches or my workout family. We all encourage each other every day. Period. What I gain from being a member at Roots just can’t be measured and I treasure that.”
