New Strength Class Cycle Starts April 23rd

The next strength cycle will start Monday, April 23rd!
The cycle will be done as part of the M, W, F 12:30pm Strength class meeting times.
Please note, there are no prerequisites to attend this class and it is included as a specialty class in regular group class membership.
The powerlifting strength cycle will include the back squat, bench press, deadlift, and related accessory work.
If your strength is a weakness, join in even if you can’t make all 3 classes. All skill levels welcome!
