battling cravings since I just had the company deep freeze stocked with Klondikes, Snickers and Dove ice cream bars but really happy with this program. I am trying to be as Paleo as possible and am feeling great. Prefer the 5 meals/day and the “fast” is easy. Biggest challenge has been having to give up company-paid lunches
