A big welcome to the 52 competitors signed up to lift in today’s meet!

Read below for important details for competitors and spectators alike!

FATE Brewing Company will be on-site with food available for purchase from 11:30-2:00pm!  Coffee will be provided throughout.

General Information
There will be a dedicated warm-up area. There is one competition platform. When you come in, please put your things along the wall with the green, artificial turf.  Whole Foods and coffee shops are located across 30th street within walking distance.  Additional parking is located across 30th Street along Mapleton Avenue.

At the conclusion of the meet (after the 4th heat), please join us for a beer social and awards ceremony!

Prizes awarded to the top three men and women lifters and are determined by the Sinclair Coefficient in conjunction with the Malone-Meltzer Coefficient. There aren’t weight classes, however, your weight and age are factors in the coefficient.

Athlete Information 
All athletes register and weigh-in between 7:15-8:45 AM*
*If you are late to check-in, you will hold a 10 pound “late plate” when you weight in. 

Athletes may warm up at any point before their flight.

10:40 – 11:50 Men’s flight 2 (snatch and c&j)
12:05 – 1:15 Women’s flight 3 (snatch and c&j)
1:30 – 2:40 Men’s flight 4 (snatch and c&j)
2:55 Awards Ceremony/Athlete Social/Beer
