275 pound Deadlift, 3 reps
45lb pound Dumbbell Push press, 7 reps (45lb/arm)

Nicole’s pull-up clinic is today at 6pm.  Register for the 6pm class to attend.

The votes are in and folks chose to draw 6 names to divide up the pot.  We’ll have athletes draw names from a hat throughout tomorrow and we’ll post to comments who wins!

      Definitely.  Same with the squat clinic.  When you spend an hour on one discipline, you can break it down enough to figure out exactly where your weak points are… and then you get stronger.

    I’m sorry to have missed the ring class…and… the pull-up class today.  Both times I’ve had scheduling conflicts. Please offer the classes again!
