Saturday Workout 11.6 Details!

All the details for this Saturday’s workout and chicken potluck afterward!

Workout – we will host workout 11.6 from 9-11am on Saturday.  Warm-up will occur the first 20 minutes of each hour followed by 4 consecutive heats.  To sign-up for an hour time slot, click here. Athletes will self-assign themselves into heats upon arriving to Roots.

Chicken Pot Luck – we will host a chicken pot luck lunch immediately following the workout at 11am.  We’ll provide a ton of chicken, please bring a salad to share!

Sponsors – we’ll have BooBars, Silk Pure Almond Milk, coffee from The Cup, and Patagonia gift cards on site for sampling or for raffle

    Thrusters: 3 unbroken, 6 unbroken, 9 unbroken, 12 (6+6), 15 (5+5+5), 18 ( just get’r done!)
    C2B: 3 unbroken, 6 unbroken, 9 (5+4 : switch grip), 12 (6+6 : switch grip), 15 (5+5+5 : switch grip), 18 ( just get’r done!)

    – rnd 3&6 .. go easy … warm up.
    – rnd 9.. pick it up on later half
    – rnd 12, 15, 18…. quick but efficient on the round partitians, short rests in between
    – Dont forget to breath!!!!!
