Ryan started the Olympic Weightlifting Foundations Course on Tuesday! This course is your ticket to faster WODs and the Olympic Weightlifting classes. Email us if you want to jump in.

NEW CLASSES WEEKLY (for the next few weeks:)

Many classes are being added to the Roots schedule over the next week.  A strength class is now offered at 12:30 on Wednesdays and 7:00pm on Thursdays.  This class is open to everyone!

What will you do at the strength class?  Barbell lifts, such as the press and deadlift, accessory work on the GHD machine, plyometric exercises such as box jumps, atlas stone lifting, and a lot of other creatively fun exercises.  This class is a great addition to your workout of the day attendance.

    B, Workouts at the top of the hour are scientifically proven to produce better outcomes and results especially when involved with high intensity athletic performances such as crossfit. do not ask where i got this information im just trying to sound like i know what im talking about
