75 Swim; 10 push ups, 10 air squats, 10 sit ups
100 Swim; 10 push ups, 10 air squats, 10 sit ups
75 Swim; 10 push ups, 10 air squats, 10 sit ups
50 Swim; 10 push ups, 10 air squats, 10 sit ups
25 Swim; 10 push ups, 10 air squats, 10 sit ups
