Great job all on today’s workout. It made sleeping under my desk all the more restful. It is 3:30pm and I am still tired from the 7:30am session. Happy Holidays !!

And Merry Christmas EVERYONE!! Great workout today, except for the million bear crawls…ugh. Hopefully all the burpees will help me get up on a surfboard this week. WOOT!
