30 Muscle-ups for time
If you are not yet able to do the muscle-up do 30 ring pull-ups and 30 dips. If you are not yet able to do ring dips, do 30 band-assisted ring dips. If you are not yet able to do band-assisted ring dips, do regular dips.
In other words, scale as necessary, duh.

Emily – careful, I love that video. I watch it every couple of days. Contrary to popular belief, you neither need to do pull ups and dips nor practice muscle up technique. All you need to do is watch that video each day. I just did a bar muscle up with no kip the other day. Why? Because Mango told me not to be a 5-letter derogatory sexist word.
hahaha. I didn’t even watch the whole thing. I guess I missed the 5-letter derogatory word. I’m going to practice my muscle ups without watching the video. We can see who has the best muscle up next time you are in Boulder.
