The Open Starts This Week!
Just four days until the first Open workout is announced! And we CAN’T WAIT!
Here are the details. So far, 109 of you are signed up for The Open.
THURSDAY NIGHT – WORKOUT ANNOUNCED
Each week, on Thursdays nights at SIX PM, the week’s Open workout will be announced LIVE at one of five affiliates around the US. You can tune in to learn the workout by logging on to the Games site.
FRIDAY CLASSES
Then, every Friday, Roots will do the workout in EVERY GROUP CLASS as well as at the OPEN THROWDOWN from 4-6 pm on Friday night.
FRIDAY NIGHT THROWDOWNS
Roots will host the Friday Night Throwdown on Friday nights from 4:00-6:00pm. We HIGHLY encourage you to come check out these fun evening events. Similar to the Benchmark Series, this month-long Friday night event is not to be missed! So, make it a date night, bring the family to watch and hangout, or just sneak away for an extra workout.
Athletes can come in anytime between 4:00pm and 6:00pm and put themselves into a heat. We will run heats of athletes through the workout and collect scores to validate on the Open website. This is a great way to up the adrenaline just a tad and have some fun this February and March.
FOOD
For the Friday Night Throwdowns you can order FOOD for after your workout. This week, Nick n’ Willy’s chicken is available for pre-order at the front desk. $7.50 for wings and $12 for wings and salad. There will not be extra food so be sure to put in your order this week!
