Hey Roots Crew,
You may have noticed that the programming has shifted around a few times this week. This happened initially because we had programmed Dallas (3 x 1-mile repeats) for Tuesday. We figured no one really wanted to run in snow and ice so we decided to move it later in the week.
Sometimes when we shift programming around it messes with other considerations we make in regard to classes – movement patterns used over consecutive days and class needs for weekday and weekend programming, to name a few.
While we don’t change up the programming very often, we do appreciate your understanding this week and hope you can attend the Benchmark workout tomorrow!
