We're Adding an Endurance Class to the Regular Group Class Schedule!

Hey Roots!
Exciting news! We’re adding anĀ Endurance class to the regular group class schedule!
In addition to the many specialty classes offered – including Olympic Weightlifting, Strength, and Erg – now you can also take an Endurance class once a week.
Please help us figure out a great time to launch this class by voting here! Thank you for the input.

    YEAH! 8:30 or 9:30 is my vote! No one wants to run mid-day:) But I could get behind 5:30 once a week…..

    I would love to take this class if it were at 5pm or 6pm on a weekday or anytime on the weekend!
