Exciting news! We’re adding an Endurance class to the regular group class schedule!
In addition to the many specialty classes offered – including Olympic Weightlifting, Strength, and Erg – now you can also take an Endurance class once a week.

YEAH! 8:30 or 9:30 is my vote! No one wants to run mid-day:) But I could get behind 5:30 once a week…..
I would love to take this class if it were at 5pm or 6pm on a weekday or anytime on the weekend!
8.30a any day of the week, M – F. A lot of kid logistics until 8am
