    How out of touch am I? I didn’t get this until I searched Willow Smith’s song and heard the real “Whip My Hair”. Funny. Now get out of my way, because I’m gonna whip MY hair back and forth!

    So at work today a co-worker sent out a mass email asking for somebody to get a box down from the top shelf because she couldn’t get it. I volunteered- good thing I did all those presses yesterday. Thanks Crossfit and your functional movements! 🙂
