1 – broad jump
2 – bear crawl
3 – hand stand push-up (kick to handstand)
4 – tuck jumps  
5 – rings dips
6 – turkish get-ups
7 – KB swings
8 – dumbbell thrusters
9 – jumping lunges
10 – C2B pull-ups
11 – knees elbows
12 – roll-up pistols
Proceed through the workout just like in the song.  On the first day of CrossFit Roots, my true love gave to me; one broad jump…On the fifth day of CrossFit Roots my true love gave to me; 5 ring dips, 4 tuck jumps, 3 hand stand push-ups, 2 bear crawls, and a broooaaad jump.  Continue all the way to 12 down to 1.
