Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
20 GHD sit-ups
95-lb. overhead squats, 10 reps

On Saturday come cheer on your fellow Roots athletes at the 2016 Spring Olympic Weightlifting Meet! Lifting begins at 9am and will continue through the afternoon!

Morning classes are shifted to 7:00 and 8:00am! Come workout and then check out the action on the platforms.
