Every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes (4 sets) complete the following as quickly as possible:
Row 500 Meters
Run 400 Meters
6 Squat Cleans (225/155 lbs)
6 Muscle-Ups

Driving your elbows up ...
Great front squat position doesn’t come without work.  You have to make your elbows go where you want them.
