As a matter of fact, I just signed up the other day! This’ll be my second Bolder Boulder. I entered last year after we did a 10K run for a WOD a couple weeks prior, and I surprised myself at how fast I ran it, being the first time in like 30 years I’d run that far. Turns out, this CrossFit stuff seems to work. Now I try to run a 5K or 10K about once or twice a year, just to see. =)
