Today is the day! The CrossFit Roots Harvest Hoedown has arrived! Please come by and cheer on some of your fellow athletes and athletes from other gyms. See the schedule below for all the info and if you do decide to swing-in, please park along Mapleton Ave. In addition to the workouts posted below there is a floater that will be going on all day in the parking lot, and it involves a really BIG tire.
