Downloaded the new CF Total worksheet this morning, how cool is it to have a game plan already for the day. I am not the best at converting weights to plates so I am going to take the time to figure out what I need on the bar so I dont have to strain my brain as well as the rest of me to get a good total. Now I can concentrate on safe lifting of heavy S**t instead. Thx for the new total sheet.
