Thanks Molly. It’s the honey, you know. Gives one that little extra something. (Chad forgot to have his that morning.) Actually, he’s tired because he carried us through the thrusters, the pull-ups, and 3/4 of the burpees. I’m here just cleaning up on the last few burpees.
Don’t sell yourself short Bones – you did a good number of reps in that WOD. And yes, I’m showing the effects of honey deficiency – should have downed a shot or two before…
