Announcing the Fall Fuel Challenge: Fall in Love With Your Body
There is no sense in feeling like a pumpkin this fall, instead join us for the Fall in Love with Your Body Challenge.
This challenge gives athletes two options to choose from, both of which we believe will set you up to see the results you want. The challenge is 30 days in length and includes 1-on-1 food log review and coaching, before and after body fat testing, before and after body composition measurements, recipe guides and challenge packet, and two challenge events. The challenge is limited to 40 athletes.
How to Get Started?
Attend a challenge info session to learn about our approach to food, how to participate in the challenge, and more details on the two challenge options:
Sunday, September 29th at 10:30am
Tuesday, October 1st at 11:30am
Tuesday, October 1st at 7:00pm
Paleo: the Paleo option will focus on the quality of food that you eat with a foundation in traditional Paleo foods and some clarification on “gray” areas for this particular challenge.
Zone: the Zone option will focus on balancing your body’s hormonal response to food through a quantity approach and Zone proportions. Athletes will not be limited to Paleo foods in the Zone option.
The challenge runs from Monday, October 7th through Tuesday, November 5th. Athlete dunk tank and intake week will run from September 30th through October 4th.
$160 for the challenge. This fee includes 1-on-1 food log review and coaching as well as your before and after body fat test ($60)
$100 deposit. Make it through the challenge and you get your $100 back. Mess up and it goes to the winners pot.
