Are you ready to finally get your first bar muscle-up? Or do you have bar muscle-ups but haven't transitioned past being able to do one or two at a time? The Bar Muscle Up Clinic is designed to help athletes learn the skill with progressions and drills. We'll slow things down and break the movement into components (strength + midline, body shapes and positions, and transition on top of the bar). Each week will come with homework to be done 1-2x a week to build consistency over the course of 6 weeks.
