Dear Roots Crew,  The rest of 2025 is packed — from Chad 1000x to new gear, happy hours, and holiday parties. This time of year is where the rubber meets the road. Can you accelerate into 2026, taking consistent training and solid nutrition along with you? With three different holidays upon us, varied schedules, and lots of holiday cheer, it’s easy to see how things could slide. This is where I always get to at Thanksgiving – an incredible moment of gratitude and thankfulness that this is not our reality at Roots. We have a solid community of athletes who show up, put in the work, and help each other stay focused when the world around us gets lax. Dear Roots Crew, Each time you come into CrossFit Roots, you’re committing to doing something hard. As coaches, we acknowledge that and respect it. CrossFit is hard. The hard work you put in at the shop extends into other areas of your life as you strive to prioritize, protect, and create opportunities to put your health and fitness first. At Roots, you schedule your workouts, prep your food on the weekends, and get babysitters so you can attend that fifth class for the week. You log 225 classes in a year, year after year.
