Barbells for Boobs is Monday – Read the Details!

THIS Monday Roots hosts the Barbells for Boobs fundraiser. The outline of the event is a workout, raffle, and happy hour. Read on for the down and dirty details on how to participate in this fun event that raises money for a great cause.

Steps for a Fantastic Monday Barbells for Boobs at Roots

Step 1: Show up ANYTIME between 5 and 7pm
Step 2: Head to the friendly table with smiling individuals. Talk to them to get the lay of the land.
Step 3: Put your name in a heat. We will run consecutive 10 minute heats from 5:20pm to 7:00pm.
Step 4: Warm-up. We will have coaches in the warm-up area to make sure you are ready and dialed in.
Step 5: Throw down on the workout Grace! Do it for a great cause!
Step 6: Celebrate. Happy Hour it up. Meet Roots folks you don’t normally see at your class hour. Introduce yourself to someone you don’t know. We double dare you.

Details:
1. Donate and win.
A $10 donation gets you a raffle ticket. Raffle prizes include CatEye products, Reebok giftcards, and Roots gear!
Please note, you do not have to donate to participate.

2. Bring the family.
This is a family friendly event.

3. Come hang out.
You don’t have to workout to participate. Come hang out for happy hour from 5-7pm.
