750m row50 overhead squats (45/35)30 toes-to-bar50 overhead squats750m row We wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of our policies regarding children at the shop. We appreciate your cooperation with this and your help in ensuring that the shop remains a safe place for everyone to train.  Children are not allowed on the shop floor. This includes the black mat area as well as the GHD area, turf, back of the shop, and Oly platforms. This applies during group class hours as well as Open Shop or down times before class. Being with a parent does not create an exception to these rules. We understand that the rule may seem extreme, the consequences of a mishap can be dire. Post shop events, when everyone is hanging out and there is not a workout going on, is one exception to this rule.  Thank you for your help with this.
