Teammates can only move forward when the exercise in front of them has been completed by the teammate ahead of them. Jim finds that pull-ups are a lot easier with a few less pounds. Jim has put in a tremendous amount of work both in the kitchen and in the shop over the past six months and it shows. Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: 30 second bar hang 10 Ring dips 20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball Welcome Newbies Nine folks just graduated from the Oly Foundations Course with Ryan.  Look for these new faces in your Oly classes.  Help them get acclimated and learn the finer points of the clean & jerk, snatch, and heavy metal.
