In teams of 3:Complete 30 handstand push-upsRun 300 meters, thenBreak up in to two groups of 1 and 2 teammates…person 1 completes 50 wall balls while person 2 and 3 complete two buddy carries down the alley and back.  Then break out teams switch and person 1 completes 2 plate carries while person 2 and 3 complete 100 wall balls. Then, complete the team stream, run 200 meters and you’re done. Does that make sense? Probably not, but it’s a damn good workout!  See you tomorrow morning!
