Today is the last Paleo Team Challenge Prep Session!  Get in here at 10AM today for the low down on the rules, teams, and prizes. From 11-12 we’re offering a make-up indicator WOD hour.  You need to have logged THREE workouts from last Saturday (Angie) through this Saturday (Jackie) for the team challenge. If you have not done so, get in here from 11-12. The Paleo Team Challenge teams will be posted on Monday morning. Each team will be required to come up with a team name by Wednesday!  It is the team leader’s responsibility to submit a team name by Wednesday at 7pm! The October 19th Foundations Course is almost full!  Sign-up soon. The next course will begin Monday, November 2nd and will meet at 7pm in the evening.

Paleo Team Challenge prep session Sunday from 10-11.  Make-up Indicator workout from 11-12. Why No Dairy? A few people have asked why dairy isn’t on the list of Paleo foods.  Here are a few points. The Paleo Diet mimics the way our ancestors ate prior to the advent of agriculture.  In short, cavemen didn’t milk cows.
