Paleo Team Challenge updates:
There was some confusion on butter. Butter is NOT included in the Paleo Challenge. Raw honey is ok in moderation.
Were you hungry yesterday? A couple of thoughts:
1. Eat more.
2. Load up on vegetables in your meals, salads are not going to cut it (on their own)
3. Hang in there. You’ve just made it through day 1. Arguably some of that perceived hunger was your brain and insulin response screaming for grains, sugar, and processed junk.
