Exercising while drunk?

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
12 dumbbell deadlifts
9 dumbbell hang squat cleans
6 dumbbell push jerks


We haven’t been able to do much fact checking on this new study so please don’t change your current fitness routine until we do.  In the meantime though, enjoy the video and have a great Friday!
