FALL in LOVE with Your Body Challenge WINNERS!
Over the past 30 days, a few brave souls have decided to put their diet under a microscope. They logged everything they ate, shared it with a designated coach, and received constant feedback. They were asked to not only log their food, but also their WOD performance and general mood and demeanor. What were the results of this experiment? Nothing short of INCREDIBLE!
24 participants lost an average of 4.5 pounds of pure fat and 1.4” off of their waist in 30 days! They also saw measurable gains in their workout performance and mood.
So what’s the point? Through diet, a bit of self-control, and preparation, anyone can achieve similar results! Many of the participants noted how easy the challenge parameters were after the first couple of week and have said that they will make this a regular way of life. Over the next week, we will include essays from challenge participants that highlight lessons learned as a result of completing the FILWYB Challenge.
By the numbers:
129.3 – number of pounds lost by the 24 participants who finished the challenge
107.1 – number of FAT pounds lost
2.4% – the average percentage of body fat lost
14 – number of participants who were 20% body fat or lower by the end of the challenge
AND… The Winners ARE…
PALEO – Colleen King
ZONE – Ryan Chivers
BEST ESSAY – Nicole Speer (BONUS CATEGORY)
The Paleo and Zone winners will split the pot of money collected from those who did not meet all of the challenge requirements for the 30 day duration. A TOTAL of $300 each! We gave the participants an option to submit an essay based on what they learned during the challenge and the submissions were so inspiring that we created a bonus category! They were all so good, it was nearly impossible to decide the winner. The essay winner gets a bonus $100.
CONGRATULATIONS COLLEEN AND RYAN! Taking on a food challenge is no small task and you guys put in the work Congratulations to you both as well as to everyone who did it. The results speak for themselves – the shit works!
