    – hand care. You had a good blog post a couple of weeks back about Calluses.
    – wear socks to rope climbing WODs, wear the right shoes
    – explanation (video) of all the different lifts, I.e. the different squats, cleans, presses, jerks, snatches, dead lifts, oly lifts, etc.
    – a set of different stretches you can use pre or post workout for different ailments you may have
    – shop rules, I.e don’t drop barbells, dont leave terds on the toulet seat, all that good mrs manners stuff.

    I agree with Alex that shop etiquette is a big one. With multiple classes going at the same time it’s a good reminder for folks to not drop barbells, wall balls, etc and just walk away to the next exercise during a WOD.
