Hello Roots Crew,
We wanted to let you know that Stefanie has decided to move on from her position at Roots. Her last day will be February 2nd.
As many of you know, Stef has been with Roots for seven years and is well-respected amongst our community for her contributions and expertise in helping our athletes thrive.
Stef is moving on to explore new opportunities, but don’t worry, you’ll still see her in group classes rocking heavy deadlifts and a big smile.
We are committed to continuing to provide excellent customer service and will find and transition to a new employee in the coming months. Going forward, please email [email protected] for any membership or shop communication.

Stef – You were the first person I met when I walked in the door 3.5 yrs ago to check out Roots and you made me feel immediately welcome. Thanks for helping make Roots the great place it is. Best wishes with your next adventure.
