I want to do this workout. I REALLY do… but have to take care of sick kid at home. I don’t like missing these really super cool workouts.

I’m not sure what it is like to do crack cocaine but I’m pretty sure Filthy Fifty comes pretty close…WOAH! My heart rate is off the chart an hour and a half later hahaha
