And we’re back!  Eric and I had a great weekend at CrossFit Agoge in Montrose, CO at the USA Weightlifting Club Coach Certification.  We’ll post a recap this week.

Today starts the retest of the Paleo Team Challenge Indicator WODs. We plan to run the retest in the exact same order as we did them.  We started the indicator WODs on October 3rd.  Dig out your scores from your intake WODs so we can compare! Remember, there are 5 points up for grabs for each PR.  If you can’t make it to a workout remember that there is a indicator WOD make-up on Friday at 4 and 5pm.

7AM CLASSES START ON TUESDAY.  Olympic weightlifting starts tonight at 7pm.  Sign-up on MBO as usual.

    It was great to meet Angie today! Thanks Nicole for your coaching and getting me off to a good start this week. I feel IMMENSELY better starting the week with a strong workout after last week’s Paleo, workout and sick kid disaster. AND I dropped another pound this morning! Woohoo!

  2. Sweet! Big-ups to Blakely who knocked out 100 pull-ups with FOUR bands. She said during the workout that she was mourning the loss of her band, but I think she’s over it.

    The only thing that did not hurt the morning after “Angie” is my nose. But beginning to feel a bit better and can now lift my right arm. Thanks Eric/Nicole for a great workout!
