I Will Be Able to do That

Check out the video above.  It’s Boz doing yesterday’s workout from a few years back.  Some folks left the shop yesterday feeling pumped at the progress they have made over the past year on their handstand walking.  Some left thinking how will I ever be able to do that?

Have you ever left the shop and thought, I will never be able to do (blank) only to prove yourself wrong a few months down the road?  Post to comments.

It took me about 6 months to do my first muscle up and over a year to get continuous linked double unders. I despised it when they came up in WODs. Now, I love it when either exercises come up in a WOD. Just got to keep practicing the techniques. Now, I’ve got to work on my handstand walking (as opposed to handstand falling which I’ve got down pretty well).

In Foundations, Nicole presented the paleo diet, and I thought, I will never be able to do that, nor would I want to!  That’s ridiculous.  Yep, I proved myself wrong.
