Get ready for the fall food challenge with a little prep work!  Attend this free nutrition chalk talk on September 21st to get an idea of how we begin to align health and performance.  The fall food challenge starts October 8th.

    I think I need to know Mr. Exercise’s secret.  He has been obliterating workouts.  I think also need to know his real name since I feel silly being crushed by a guy I only know as “Mr. Exercise.”  How do I explain that to my wife?  Her: “How was the workout?” Me: “Terrible, Mr. Exercise halved my time. No, I think his real name is Mr. Exercise.”
