The workout: 3 Laps around the driveway (each taking one lap with the full wheelbarrow), sled pushes through the grass to the barn, 5 dips on the garden wall, 10 KTE on the rings, with chickens as on-lookers (their names are Ebony, Aramitee-tee, Pecky and Roja), 15 push-ups, 20 burpees, 25 air squats Run 1 lap around the barn, Sled pushes back to the driveway
