A lot has happened at Roots in the past month. We wrapped up the Look Good Naked Challenge and crowned male and female winners. The results were impressive and are recapped in this letter. The CrossFit Endurance Summer Session kicked off yesterday with a packed crew of 14 ready to take on all that Tracie throws their way over the next 12 weeks. And finally, the Competitor Program Camp, the last weekend in May set the tone for a great year to come.
