It helped me to get better idea about pull up as a series of movement. Love to join next one too!
I thought the clinic was helpful. It is something I would willing to pay a small fee for a smaller group and additional aids. In the past, I have had coaches use small hand-held video recorders to capture how I am executing a movement which I have found to be really helpful. Sometimes, I cannot visualize from verbal cues what I am doing and what I need to be mindful of in order improve my execution.
I think a series of skill clinics would be awesome. Let’s see…how many things do I suck at?
