Pull-up Clinic – Helpful?

Five rounds for time of:
Run 200 meters
20 Pull-ups
Run 200 meters
20 Push-ups
Run 200 meters
20 Sit-ups
Run 200 meters
20 Squats

Davis brought his parents to the Free Class & Intro Session this past weekend. He and Zac threw down on the tabata squats with the rest of the weekend participants. Tabata squats = awesome.

    I thought the clinic was helpful. It is something I would willing to pay a small fee for a smaller group and additional aids. In the past, I have had coaches use small hand-held video recorders to capture how I am executing a movement which I have found to be really helpful. Sometimes, I cannot visualize from verbal cues what I am doing and what I need to be mindful of in order improve my execution.

    I think  a series of skill clinics would be awesome. Let’s see…how many things do I suck at?
