Tired of Nicole’s repeated mixes, Eric’s overuse of poppy punk music, and Ryan’s complete dedication to The Sword?

Here’s your chance!

Post to comments 10-20 of your favorite workout songs.  Go one step further and categorize them for metcons or lifting heavy stuff.

List title and artist:
“Luck be a Lady” – Marlon Brando

Scanning through my iPhone, here’s what I got. These are basically from the same genre. But all are pretty fast-pace / high-energy songs, with yes, a hard rock/alternative edge – great for timed workouts, maxing out, etc (angry music – gets you pumped up, at least for me it works). Nothing too eccentric/original, most are fairly known/popular at one time. Alphabetically by band:

    Beastie Boys – Sabotage
    Buckcherry – Lit Up
Foo Fighters – All My Life
    Godsmack – Whatever
    Godsmack – Awake
    Gravity Kills – Blame
    KoRn – Got the Life
Marilyn Manson – The Beautiful People
    Metallica – Fuel
    Prodigy – Breathe
Queens of the Stone Age – Go with the Flow
Red Hot Chili Peppers – Can’t Stop
Red Hot Chili Peppers – Around the World
    Rob Zombie – Dragula
Stone Temple Pilots – Sex Type Thing
    Stone Temple Pilots – Crackerman
    The Urge – Gettin’ Hectic
The White Stripes – Seven Nation Army
    311 – Down
